Laziza Kulfi Malai Standard 152g

PREPARATION:

1. Boil milk in a Large utensil adding Butter or Margarine to it. Now further Cook on slightly more than medium flame for 18 to 20 minutes, stir for a while with intervals of 3-5 minutes.
2. Now add contents of Laziza Kulfi Mix to it while stirring & cook for further 5 minutes.
3. Allow to cool. Add bread slices in pieces. Now use a blender Jug for max. 20 sec for blending. (alternatively with a hand or electric beater).
4. Pour in Kulfi Mould if available or in a suitable container/ tray for Freezing.

INGREDIENTS:

Sugar, Modified Starch, Pistachio (4%), Almond (3)%, Cardamom, Vegetable Fat, Emulsifier (E-412), Artificial Rose Flavour and Food Colors E-129, E-133, E-102 (FD&C Red 40, Blue 1, Yellow 5).

Includes 2 Kulfi Moulds.
