ORIENTAL SEASONING MIX for Chinese Chop Suey
STEPS OF COOKING:
1. Combine 1 tablespoon Shan Chinese Chop Suey Mix, egg white, meat and 1 tablespoon oil. Set aside for 15 minutes.
2. Dissolve remaining Shan Chinese Chop Suey Mix in 1½ cup water and set aside.
3. Heat oil in a large wok. On high heat add meat and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes. Continuously stir to turn and toss.
4. Add the dissolved Shan Chinese Chop Suey Mix and stir-fry on low heat for 2-3 minutes or until sauce thickens. Serve with Crispy Fried Egg Noodles or Shan Egg Fried Rice.
